Thoughts on a Thursday

There is much going on behind the scenes here which means not as much time to add to the blog. I am preparing to speak to the Marist Mother’s Prayer Group next Friday in Atlanta hope to see many of you there!

Lent is just around the corner and I am preparing a special treat for all Faith Moves Mountains subscribers. So, if you have been on the fence or know someone else who is— now is a great time to subscribe. It is free, and I try not to overload your inbox with too many emails. In this internet driven world, publishers look to an author’s “mailing list” as the primary factor in determining whether to contract with you to publish a book.

Each new subscriber is a vote of confidence that these words make a difference for you.

Thank you to all who have been sharing your positive feedback about the blog, prayer journals, and studies. It makes me so happy that the Spirit of Mary, my first study, continues to help women form friendships and enjoy a safe space to grow deeper in their faith. (Special shout out to the women who keep this going! Thank you!)

Here are some things that are making me smile and think, I though you might like them too.

I loved this article on prayer by a Rabbi. (Thank you Maura for sharing.)

Interesting thoughts on which is more important in the happiness equation: time or money.

A 96 day church service— read this to find out why they prayed night and day for 96 days.

Do you love hearing stories about answered prayers as much as I do? Here is a great two part video from some of my favorite YouTube stars.
